Monthly notification billing is done at the end of every month & needs to be cleared by the 5th of every month.
One-time chatbot development cost (charges based on the SOW or flow given by the client) & monthly monitoring + cloud hosting charges are separate (only if the client requires chatbot)
WhatsApp Business Onboarding Process
Firstly, We need a Facebook business manager ID. You will need to authorize Ameyo to request a WhatsApp API on behalf of your business. You will see a notification on your business account in the "Requests" tab. After receiving the Facebook Business Manager ID we shall create a WhatsApp Business Account.
Post account creation, the next step is the verification process (Please login to your Business account Security Centre Verify your business).
For Business verification, the business is required to upload business documents (Company formation, Tax certificate in the English language).
Here is the link for the Business Verification post accepting the business name request from the Business Manager UI through Admin access. After the verification is complete and the account is approved by the WhatsApp team.
It generally takes 2-3 working days for Approval.
Please refer to the below guidelines from Facebook for choosing the phone number and display name.
Post adding the details, and the display name, mobile no. will be verified with an OTP, and the certificate against the phone number is generated in the WhatsApp Dashboard in adherence to the above policies. The no. can be old or new but should not have WhatsApp pre-installed on it.
